Step 1: Creating a 3D Digital Twin with InnovEyes SightMap
The process begins by using the InnovEyes SightMap device, which captures the unique characteristics of the patient’s eye to create a 3D digital twin, called an “eyevatar.” This highly detailed mapping provides an exact representation of the eye, forming the foundation for a fully personalized treatment plan.
Step 2: AI-Guided Personalization Treatment Profile Created Using Ray Tracing
Next, the artificial intelligence-driven InnovEyes software comes into play. It utilizes a ray-tracing iteration process to develop a personalized treatment profile. This step is akin to performing a virtual surgery on the eyevatar, allowing for continuous adjustments and optimization until the best possible outcome is achieved. The AI ensures every detail of the eye is considered, resulting in an unparalleled level of precision in the treatment plan.
Step 3: Performing the Customized Laser Procedure
Finally, the personalized treatment profile is transferred to the laser machine.
